I wanted to exchange my lace front and call customer service the girl stated that it 1 day over 7 days to return she wouldn't give me RMA# to exchange it. So she said that she wasn't going to help me and call me a BITCH and hung up on me. Plus when I ask to speak to a manager she said she was the manager.When I try to call back she would pick up the phone and hang up over and over.
