Without a doubt the worst experience with an online shop. I ordered a skype phone on the 17th of july and I'm still waiting. They first told me that it would take 22 working days before I get it, which I found unbelievable considering their own web site say 10 working days for all deliveries. Then they gave some sort of tracking number and told me to contact my local postal service. There was no surprise that when I called the post office they said it was invalid tracking number. I feel they have basically lied in both cases. Reading other reviews on the internet I'm not the only person this has happened to. Things go wrong with orders but you don't give people the run around and basically lie to them. How can Skype be associate with such a terrible company.
