I had a problem with the calling card that I bought from this companys website , I called them immediately after the purchase and advised them of this. The representative advised me that they would issue a refund within 3 days and to go ahead and make another purchase for a different card. I never received any refund and they continuously told me it would be another 3 days. The customer service number or chat line listed on the website barely works, you cant get hold of anybody during the day and whenever i get through there are no managers to handle issues , the reps always assure me that a manager will call me back but i have not heard from any manager after 15 call back requests and have received more than 9 emails assuring me of my refund. 30 days later after several assurances about my refund i have since been told that there is no refund because the card is out of funds, they bought time by lying to me waiting on the value to diminish then denied my refund ....how convenient?! . They could have at least been honest with me from day one, responded to my callback requests and treated me fairly but none of that happened. very unprofessional!!!
